You also shouldn't underestimate the number of calories in alcohol . 1 g of alcohol contains almost as many calories as 1 g of fat (9 calories per gram)! Consuming high-quality fats is essential for the body and keeps you full. Alcohol, on the other hand, only provides empty calories. 2. EAT A LOT AFTER TRAININGJust finished your 25-minute weight training and burned a lot of calories? Great! Take advantage of this exercise and do not win them again. Sometimes we take in more calories than we need after a workout. Do not get fat after training , eat normally. 3. EAT WHILE WATCHING TVSit at the table to eat with your family instead of watching TV.
